Stamie E. Lyttle is sponsoring a free appreciation concert featuring the band Flashback on Friday July 25, 2014. The concert will be held at Pocahontas State Park from 7:00 pm – 10:00 p.m.

The concert is to thank the Richmond region for helping the Richmond Regional Ride Center become the East Coast winner of the Built Helmet grant.
